Alex has nearly 20 years’ experience providing strategic advice and risk management counsel to financial and professional services companies, high-growth technology businesses, major legal firms, energy supermajors, including from the FTSE100, FTSE250 and Fortune500, as well as global sports teams. He has developed strategies for businesses seeking to navigate specific corporate challenges, often spanning from complex investments; regulatory, reputational and governance-related issues; and contentious, legal and commercial disputes, which can, in some cases, result in existential risks for a client business.

Prior to founding Almos International in 2016, he was for seven years a Partner at a mid-sized London-based consultancy firm, where he founded the Corporate and Financial Services, and Litigation Support practice, where he led a team of 20 professionals, servicing 25 clients mostly across financial and professional services. Before, he spent three years as an Associate at a City of London and New York based capital markets and private equity consulting firm, where he specialised in advising transatlantic private equity firms on investor relations and corporate governance strategy.

His client experience across his career includes: BP PLC, MAN Group PLC, Synnex Corporation, First Reserve Corporation, Partners Capital, Denham Capital, Hogan Lovells, Withersworldswide, McLaren F1, Lotus F1 and Arsenal Football Club.

Away from Almos International, Alex is non-executive director of REalyse, the UK’s leading residential real estate and analytics business, and of Punch Up Media, a London-based independent media production company founded in 2022. 

Alex is a huge football fan and supports Arsenal FC. He is a graduate of University College London and lives in London.

Martin brings a wealth of expertise with nearly 20 years in strategic communications and public affairs, specialising in managing cross-jurisdictional disputes, conflict situations, and reputation risks during high-impact crises. His project management skills seamlessly integrate legal experts, communicators, forensic specialists, and corporate strategists to deliver actionable and effective results for any challenge.

His diverse clientele includes high net worth individuals, family offices, international public and private corporations, and law firms, extending across Europe and beyond. Martin has a keen interest in international politics and understands the influence of geopolitical risks on business operations.

Based in western Austria, Martin offers his extensive services to an international client base, with a focus on Europe. Since 2018, he has been chairing the Crisis and Litigation Communicators' Alliance, a unique global network of professionals in crisis and litigation PR. Martin was ranked repeatedly among global 100 leaders in legal strategy and consulting by Lawdragon in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Martin holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Innsbruck and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of New Orleans. Beyond his professional pursuits, Martin is an avid investor in various startups and plays a management role in Tyrol's premier "Alpine Fleur de Sel" producer, a top-tier Austrian gourmet salt company.

Ammar is a corporate investment and finance professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. Over the last 14 years, he has been managing private equity and debt investments, with over £1bn of equity and debt transactional experience. Since 2019, he has held senior management positions where he has been responsible for institutional capital at four funds. He has an extensive network of international investors and lenders, including HNWIs, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Funds and Banks. He is also a partner in a corporate finance advisory firm where he manages and originates capital raising transactions for large real estate projects and corporate clients.

Between 2011 and 2018, he was the Investment Director of Arch Investment Partners, a Middle Eastern Multi-Family Office Private Equity investment fund and advisory based in London. He was involved in multiple sectors including Banking, Energy, Infrastructure, Natural Resources, Real Estate and Renewable Energy.

In the past, he has held roles that were focussed on Private Equity and Debt, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets in institutions including TBI International (a JP Morgan Partner) and Lehman Brothers. He graduated with a MBA from IESE Business School, Spain, and a BSc (Computer Science) from University College London.

Ahmet is a Strategic Board Member at Banco Finantia, a Portuguese bank, a Non-Executive Board Member at Hercules Site Services Plc, a London listed technology enabled labour supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, and a partner at Noctua Partners, a multi-family office with offices in Miami, New York and London. He also sits on the advisory boards of British Chamber of Commerce in Turkey, Fuel Ventures, an early-stage VC in the UK.

He provides financial & corporate advisory services and engages in high-level government and stakeholder affairs in Turkey, CIS and CEMEA countries via Ishtar Advisory, which he has founded in 2013. Ahmet has strategic relationships with prominent families in the region as well as institutional investors in the UK. In the earlier part of his career, Ahmet Iplikci was a hedge fund manager in various asset management platforms, including with Cargill Financial Markets.

Jonathan is a ‘very bright and incredibly commercial’ lawyer. He delivers extraordinary outcomes for clients in complex, high-value, contentious commercial and sport matters.

An extensive, industry-wide focus on contractual, rights and regulatory work during his early career contributed significantly to the rapid development in the UK and internationally of the commercial aspects of the sports and entertainment industries and provided Jonathan with what is widely regarded as a highly sensitive, perceptive and analytical flair for challenging and intricate large-scale generalised commercial disputes. Jonathan has also been admitted to the BVI bar since July 2019.

Jonathan is a former director of Cardiff City FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC and has advised a range of sports and sports contract matters, including on behalf of: Tyson Fury, Oscar Rivas, Gennady Golovkin, Prince Naseem Hamed, Frank Warren, Josh Taylor, Brian Lara, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Fernandinho, Jersey Football Association, Everton FC and West Ham FC.

Aynur has professional experience supporting C-suite executives and business leaders for over 10 years. She supports the leadership team of Almos on the operational and communications side of the business.Her experience includes working for large corporates and international banks in the UK and Turkey. 

Aynur graduated from City University, London, where she studied Human Resources Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also supports non-for-profit organisations and charities who aid recovery efforts in areas devastated by natural disasters.
