Our Team’s Experience
Advised the board of a FTSE100 on a series of cross-border, multi-billion dollar legal disputes relating to its investment in of one the world’s largest vertically integrated energy companies, which was eventually sold for US$55bn.
Advised a US$20bn+ US-based global private equity group on the introduction of new corporate governance initiatives on the back of the findings of The Walker Review.
Project managed commercial disputes on behalf of a $2.5bn global technology group in the UK, following the successful settlements of two high profile transactions, resulting in LCIA arbitration proceedings being issued.
Developed and implemented a strategy for a European US$500m financial markets group to expand their business into a major new European market, resulting in it becoming the sector leader within 18 months of entry.
